Bauang, La Union
28 October 2010
This trip with Ria for today centers on different churches in La Union, just because the churches were the only spots I could take her, as I am not really that knowledgeable about where to go in La Union. Anyway, after our long and heavy lunch in San Fernando City, we took the bus going to the next town - Bauang.
Like the previous church I shared from my last post, I have already visited this church a few times already. To read a bit of the church's history and know their mass schedules, please refer to my old post by clicking HERE. For now, let me share the images I took from this day's travel:

Facade. I could've taken a landscape picture of the church, but we took the road located at the side of the church and it was scorching hot that day, so I just took this quick shot and quickly entered the church.

Aisle. I love the color motif of this church.

Interiors. The red bricks give the rustic feel, but the church looks modern in a way.

Adoration Chapel. Last time I visited the church, I wasn't able to take a picture of this, so I made sure I took one today.
Ria and I waited for a while before we entered the main church. The time we arrived, the church's doors were closed and we had to talk to the church staff to ask if we could enter. We actually waited for that person who had the keys to open the doors, but it was okay - we were able to rest and sort out the plans for the day.
We still have one more church to visit... will post that next time.
